Carleton Equine Facility

Carleton Farm Stables is a family owned and operated equine facility.  We are located in the lower Snohomish Valley, a short 5 minutes from Everett off I-5 toward Lake Stevens.  We are close to Marysville as well.

Our horse boarding facility includes indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks, and incredible views.  And our horse facility is mud free.

We invite all horse owners and horse trainers to visit our relaxed, friendly atmosphere.  Enjoy summertime rides along the river with picturesque views of farm fields and the Olympic Mountains.  Or take a break and visit Carleton’s Farm Market and espresso stand.

We are dedicated to quality care.  Since we live onsite, we keep a watchful eye on the well-being of your horse.  We invite you to visit our family farm.

Arenas

Spend longer days with your horse in our 224’ x 72’ lighted indoor arena.  The 180’ x 80’ outdoor arena is also lighted and has weather tolerant rubber footing.

The horse arenas are large enough for both general use and for  trainers to conduct horse riding lessons.  We can put you into contact with independent horse trainers if you would like riding lessons.

• 12 x 10 matted stall
• Personal tack locker
• Hot/Cold wash rack
• Full access to both arenas
• Access to dry paddock turnout
• On-Farm Trail (seasonal)

Horse Boarding Rates

Self Care: $240 / month

Partial Self Care:  Call for prices.  We have several combinations for feeding, cleaning or turnouts.

Full Care:  $435 / month for feeding, cleaning & turnout.  Includes grass/alfalfa hay 3 times daily, grain once daily, cleaning every day and turnout 6 days per week.
